Comfortable 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed self catering holiday cottages in St Breward on Bodmin Moor Cornwall sleeping 16+ in all properties. Dog friendly accommodation in self catering cottages with owners responsible for looking after their pets.

Four dog friendly self catering holiday cottages set in a moorland valley on the north fringe of Cornwall's Bodmin Moor and in easy reach of Wadebridge, Padstow, Camelford and Bude. Each cottage sits in its own fenced and gated garden offering guests a high level of privacy, yet with the rest of Darrynane and beyond available for them to explore.

Darrynane itself offers woods, waterfalls and streams and guests are free to wander around and picnic in the grounds if they so wish.

There are one, two and three bedroomed cottages available which will sleep 16 if all taken together, more if we add z-beds. Each is equipped with fully fitted kitchens, wood burning stoves, flat screen TV's with DVD players, barbecues and garden furniture. Some have four posters. They all have radiator heating.

All bedding, firewood and electricity for your stay is included, and towels can be provided for a small extra charge to cover laundry. We do accept dogs, and owners are responsible for them at all times and for clearing up after them for the benefit of other guests. We charge £15.00 per week per dog.

Darrynane is a nature reserve in it's own right and plays host to an abundant array of day time and night time visitors. A remote camera with infra-red capability has captured our visitors and we have night time pictures of pictures of deer, foxes, badgers and rabbits.

The bird life is abundant also, and we have seen peregrines, buzzards, jays, two woodpecker species and numerous others including bullfinches, fire crests and long tailed tits. We are in the process of equipping all four cottages with feeding table following the success of the one installed at Lakeside

Whatever the time of year, and whatever the reason for your visit, you can be sure of a warm welcome at Darrynane, the home of Angela and David Clark and family.

We are ideally located for trips to both coasts, visiting the far west or neighbouring Devon. Apart from the open moorland and fantastic beaches, top sites like Eden Project, Padstow, Tintagel and Doc Martins Port Isaac are but a short drive away.

And after your day out, leave the hustle and bustle of traffic and busy places behind to return to your cottage for a barbecue or dinner in one of the local pubs.

That is why so many visitors return every year for family holidays, short breaks and even business trips to Cornwall.

Your holiday is important and although Angela and David are normally around to provide any assistance you may need, you will be left alone to enjoy your stay.
