Terms and Conditions.

We will do our best to ensure your stay at Darrynane is a happy, comfortable and problem free one. We are normally on site and if you have any problems or queries please come and see us.

Our changeover day during the busy periods is a Friday. Out of season other days may be accommodated.

Towels can be provided at a nominal cost of £2.00 per person per week.

We welcome well behaved dogs and responsible owners, and all pet owners are responsible for their animals and any mess the animals make or damage they may cause. A charge of £15.00 per week is made for dogs & £7.00 per dog for a short break of up to 3 days. If you do bring dogs, please make sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned on departure and the garden is inspected also.

From time to time we can provide short breaks, minimum 2 nights. breaks are charged on a "per night" basis and if the cost of a short break reaches the weekly tariff then that will apply.

We endeavour to have all cottages ready for a 3.00 p.m. arrival although in exceptional circumstances cottages may not be ready until a later time.

Cottages are required to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure so they can be prepared for guests arriving later in the day.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

If you have any special requirements whatsoever, need a cot or highchair or just want to ask questions please contact us.

We strongly advise all guests to protect themselves with good travel insurance as things can and do go wrong. If you have to cancel within 8 weeks of starting your holiday we will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful we may be able to reimburse you up to the total you have paid, or part thereof.

All bookings are accepted at the sole discretion of the owners.
